Each bottle of Oze Perfume crafted for men, women, and unisex lovers of fine scents is carefully inspected before shipping because perfumes and colognes are personal care items, we only accept returns or exchanges if your order arrives damaged or defective.
If this happens: Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos and unpacking video of the damaged product and packaging. After reviewing, we’ll arrange a replacement fragrance or issue a refund if necessary.

Returns cannot be accepted for opened or used perfumes. We cannot process returns or exchanges based on personal preference of fragrance or aroma.
